Interns

The Rhode Island Commission on Women (RICW) relies heavily on the contributions of interns and volunteers to help support our mission. Our mission is to support women in achieving full equity in all areas of life, through the promotion of rights and opportunities for all women.

Interns and volunteers make extraordinarily important contributions to RICW. They help with research and development of reports and working papers, provide support for the work of committees, and help to coordinate and implement our many projects. College internships help to foster students' awareness of women's issues and provide an opportunity to make a positive difference for women in our state.

If you have time and skills and would like to participate in our vision of a society where all women have achieved equity in all aspects of life, please contact the Rhode Island Commission on Women. All internships are non-paid. We welcome your ideas and would be happy to hear from you! Thank you.
